BAHRS Application Guide

To register your membership application on-line, choose the correct membership category from the drop down menu at the bottom of this page. To confirm your eligibility for a particular category see the membership category definitions under the About Us – Membership Categories section of the BAHRS website.

Select the red ‘Apply’ tab, complete the form (all fields are mandatory), and then select the blue ‘Register’ tab

As at the bottom of the form, a reference must be received prior to the application being considered

The preferred email address you give will be used for all further communications with you and will be the one required for you to log on to the member section of the website if your application is approved.

Automated emails are often sent to spam/junk folders so it is imperative that you add admin@bahrs.co.uk to your contacts otherwise you may not receive important emails with instructions on processing your application, membership fee payment etc. If you submit an application but do not receive an immediate acknowledgement email please check your spam/junk folder. If a message from the BAHRS is there, ensure you immediately change your settings to allow future emails from admin@bahrs.co.uk. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email at all, or do not receive an email with the outcome of your application within two weeks, please contact admin@bahrs.co.uk directly.


BAHRS Application Process

You will receive an acknowledgement email when your application has been successfully submitted

You will then receive an email once your application has been approved by the BAHRS Executive Committee with an instruction to sign and return an attached Code of Conduct relevant to your membership category

Shortly after, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to pay your Annual Membership Fee (£400.00 for Full Medical Members, £250 for Affiliate Hair Transplant Surgeon and £150.00 for all other membership categories)

Once your signed Code of Conduct and Annual Membership Fee have been received, you will be sent a further email welcoming you to the BAHRS and attaching the Association’s Constitution. This email will also supply you with details of how to log on to the website.

Finally you will receive a further email with your Annual Membership Certificate and a receipt for your Annual Membership Fee.

You will then be included in all communications from the Association.
